Carmel is committed to helping individuals achieve optimal health and performance. He earned a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Haifa and a Master’s degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan.
His clinical expertise is rooted in a lifelong passion for sport and human performance. Growing up, Carmel played competitive basketball and later transitioned into Ju-Jitsu and dedicated gym training.

Later, Carmel worked at Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore, MD, where he helped patients manage pain and recover from complex injuries and surgeries. He also mentored future physical therapists as a clinical instructor, guiding students in anatomy lab sessions and hands-on clinical learning.
Carmel has expertise in the rehabilitation of the shoulder, knee, hip, and spine, as well as muscle, ligament, and tendon injuries. His exceptional clinical reasoning skills play a key role in helping patients achieve their desired outcomes. He is passionate about staying current with the latest research and has advanced training in running injury rehabilitation, as well as exercise prescription for pregnant women and older adults.
