Our Commitment
Carmel Physical Therapy is committed to providing a website and digital experience that are accessible to people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve usability and accessibility for all visitors.
Accessibility Efforts
As part of our ongoing accessibility efforts, we aim to:
use clear and consistent headings and navigation;
maintain readable typography and sufficient color contrast;
support keyboard navigation where reasonably possible;
provide alternative text for meaningful images;
use descriptive links, buttons, and form labels;
provide captions or text alternatives for important video content where appropriate; and
evaluate and improve accessibility as website content and technology change.
Accessibility Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility goal.
Because accessibility is an ongoing process, some content or third-party features may not yet fully meet every accessibility guideline.
Third-Party Services
Our website may link to or use services provided by third parties, including appointment scheduling, payment, embedded media, and other digital tools. We do not control the accessibility of every third-party platform, but we welcome feedback if you experience difficulty accessing one of these services through our website.
Feedback and Assistance
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of Carmel Physical Therapy’s website and digital content.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need assistance accessing information, scheduling an appointment, or using a digital feature, please contact us:
Email: carmel@carmelpt.com
Please describe the page or feature involved and the type of assistance you need. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.
We aim to respond to accessibility-related requests within two business days.
