Personal Training
We offer personal training for a variety of clients, including active adults and athletes looking to improve health and performance, pregnant and postpartum individuals aiming to stay strong and active, and older adults who want to enhance their health, function, and balance. Each program begins with individualized assessments that may include movement analysis, fitness testing, body composition and measurements, as well as functional and balance testing for older adults. Based on these findings, we create a customized exercise plan and provide ongoing education to help you reach your goals safely and effectively.

As an out-of-network provider, we offer two simple ways to fund your treatment journey

Health Insurance
Please check with your insurance provider regarding your out-of-network benefits. After you've paid for our services, we can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement
II.
HSA/FSA
Have a HSA or FSA card? great, you can pay with that directly to cover our services. Don’t have a physical card but have the account? We can provide you with receipt that can be submitted to your HSA administrator.
