Get a Customized Plan For Your Pain
The AI Injury Prompt
“What Should I Do For My Knee Pain?”
If you are anything like me, whenever a new problem pops up, your first instinct is to consult Google or an AI tool to figure out how to solve it. I do it with almost every area I don’t know enough about —whether I'm trying to fix something around the house, looking up a new cooking recipe, or trying to find the safest baby gate for the stairs.
But there is one specific area where I am the expert, and where I have spent years learning and working: physical therapy and strength & performance training.
Lately, I’ve noticed a massive trend in my clinical practice. People usually walk through my doors after taking one of two initial steps:
They experienced an ache, decided to "wait and see," and spent weeks totally resting, hoping the pain would just disappear on its own.
They consulted an AI chatbot, got a massive wall of generic advice, and felt completely overwhelmed or unsure of what to actually do next.
The bottom line? Almost everyone tries to self-manage or search for answers online before they ever step foot into a clinic or a doctor's office.
So, instead of letting you wait around or ask AI vague questions without giving it the whole picture , I decided to meet you exactly where you're already looking.
I built a structured framework based on my years of clinical experience, written entirely in plain, everyday language. You simply answer a few targeted questions to map out your unique physical profile, and then feed that precise data into the AI.
Instead of a generic text or a plan that is difficult to follow, the AI is forced to build a highly relevant, customized movement and load-management strategy you can safely try at home or in the gym before you ever need to see a healthcare professional. It is a structure you can re-use in present or for future injuries.
What This Is vs. What It Is Not
Before you download the framework, let’s establish exactly what this tool is designed to do—and where the hard boundaries are.
| 🛠️ WHAT IT IS | 🛑 WHAT IT IS NOT |
|---|---|
| A Tactical Self-Management Tool: A structured data template built to help you find a safe daily baseline and modify your daily routine so you can stay active instead of "just resting it." | A Medical Diagnosis: AI cannot physically test your joints or read imaging. A true clinical diagnosis can only be performed by a qualified healthcare professional, and vague AI prompts can be misleading. |
| An Active Loading Strategy: An educational guide designed to help you safely challenge your tissues with exact parameters (sets, reps, and frequencies) based on your real-time data. | A Replacement for Physical Therapy: This digital asset does not create a provider-patient relationship or constitute customized, individual clinical rehabilitation. |
| An Advanced Search Filter: A framework that provides comprehensive, specific physical context to an AI model so you get a tailored, actionable response instead of a generic text dump. | A Guarantee or "Cure": This framework is an educational asset for exercise modifications. It is a tool for self-guided mechanical adjustments, not a magical medical guarantee. |
