Hi, I’m Carmel — I help people return to their activities safely and at their best after ACL injuries.

Over the years, I’ve helped athletes and active adults recover from ACL injuries and return to the sports and activities they love. Whether it’s before surgery, early post-op, or during the final stages of return-to-sport training, my focus is always on creating real, lasting results.
